performance-medical.com requires a return authorization number (RMA) for any product being returned. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Customers need to provide a sales order number and reasons of return to obtain a RMA number. Please contact our customer service department before returning any products. We recommend that you reference your RMA number on the outside of the return package and ship performance-medical.com authorized couriers only.
After our return policy period has passed, purchases made from performance-medical.com are no longer authorized to be returned. After this time, products are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty. In some instances, manufactures' will offer replacement or repair at their discretion. For your convenience, we can provide the manufacturers' contact information for your product. We are always interested in receiving feedback for any of the products and brands we sell.
